Monroe Golden- CEO



Monroe Golden has always been an entrepreneur at heart. He earned a History and Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Mississippi Valley State University. His passion  for children lead to a 18 year career in education. During his tenure he served as a teacher, elementary, middle and high school principal. Monroe found another passion in real estate. His goal is to add value to the daily lives of people.  He has created a portfolio of rentals and land. 

JAYNAE A. YOUNG - Architectural Designer

Jaynae Young  has a wealth of knowledge in architecture and planning. Her area of expertise is design. Jaynae has experience in a variety of BIM programs  that include  Archicad, Revit, Auto CAD, and Sketch Up .


Education - Bachelor’s of Architecture | May 2006-2011 Mississippi  StateUniversity 

Masters of Art in Urban and Regional Planning | 2012-2015 | Jackson State University

10 Years and Counting

Starting with single family homes and duplexes, we have grown to land acquisition and developing small apartment complexes.


Residential Construction

Monroe Golden Properties added Residential Construction as a part of the business in December 2022.

Monroe Golden Properties Cares

A portion of our annual earnings is invested to local non-profits to help make a difference in our community. To add value to the people of the Mississippi Delta  we have monthly Master Mind Meet-Ups Business Talks and Eats.  Subscribe with us to stay up to date with all our upcoming events.
